What to Expect When Booking Chas Wilson

When you book me to speak, my goal is simple: to make the experience clear, collaborative, and impactful—from our first conversation to the moment I step on stage.

Every event is different, and I take time to understand your audience, your goals, and the outcomes you want to create. That way, the message delivered on stage isn’t just inspiring—it’s relevant, practical, and aligned with what matters most to you and your organization.

Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Get in Touch

Reach out through the request form or schedule a call to discuss your event. We’ll review your details, confirm availability, and explore whether Chas is the right fit for your audience and goals.

Step 2: Secure Your Date

Once we confirm fit and availability, we’ll provide a speaker agreement. A deposit secures your date on Chas’s calendar, ensuring your event is locked in.

Step 3: Event Consultation

Chas connects with you—and key stakeholders if needed—to understand your audience, theme, objectives, and desired outcomes. This ensures the keynote or workshop is tailored, actionable, and relevant.

Step 4: Final Details & Payment

Your remaining balance is due at least 10 days before the event. We’ll confirm room setup, coordinate travel and staging, and provide any marketing materials—so everything runs smoothly on the day.

Step 5: Showtime

Chas arrives prepared, present, and focused on delivering an engaging, high-impact experience—designed to connect with your audience and create momentum long after the event ends.
