AV Setup Checklist

Technical requirements to support a seamless, professional keynote presentation experience.

Requirements:

Microphone

Chas prefers a headset or lapel microphone. He moves around the stage and engages directly with the audience during his keynote, so hands-free audio is essential.

Flip Chart or Whiteboard

If available, please provide a flip chart with markers on stage. If a flip chart is not available, a whiteboard is also acceptable and can be used in place of the flip chart.

Important Notes:

• An internet connection is not required for Chas’s presentation.

• Chas may leave the stage and interact with audience members during the keynote.

• A confidence monitor is strongly preferred so Chas can view his slides during the presentation. Ideally, the monitor should display the current slide with speaker notes.

If any of the items listed above are not available or require adjustment, please notify Chas or a member of his team as soon as possible so alternative arrangements can be made.
